How do I wash the babynest from MyKiddo?
It´s easy to wash the different parts on the babynest from MyKiddo. Every part can be washed seperatly. The babynest comes with information sheets that describe how each part can be washed. We have also gathered some smart advice on how to take care of your babynest in the best way HERE
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order or parts of it, please contact customer service as soon as possible at email@example.com. If our warehouse has already processed your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it. You may then make a return.
I regret my purchase, what do I do?
You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving theproduct, provided that the packaging is unbroken and that it is returned in undamaged condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a reduced price. Read “Delivery & Return” for more info.
What payment methods are available at MyKiddo?
With us you can safely order and pay by Klarna, Visa & Mastercard.
Why have I not received my order confirmation?
Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that in connection with the order you have accidentally stated an incorrect email address or that the order confirmation has been automatically sorted under Spam.
Why is my discount code not working?
If you have a discount code that you want to use, enter it at checkout and click Update. Please note that many of our codes have special restrictions and time limits. If you have any questions regarding a specific code, you can contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org Note! Discount codes cannot be combined with promotional prices. It is not possible to combine discount codes or add a discount code afterwards.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery within 2-5 working days in Sweden.To other countries, the order is processed and shipped within 2 working days. The delivery time depend on your geographical location. Often the delivery time is between 5-10 working days.
The order is delivered to the mailbox if possible, otherwise to the nearest postal agent. Which products are delivered to the mailbox or postal agent is determined by the shipping supplier.
How long does my package/order stays in the post office?
In Sweden, your package/order is in the post office for 14 days before it is sent back to our warehouse.
What happens if I do not pick up my package/order from the post office?
Remember to pick up your package on time.
In Sweden, if the package comes back to us as an unredeemed package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 350 SEK.
In other countries then Sweden, if the package comes back to us as an unredeemed package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 65 EURO.
I have not received my package. What could have happened?
The same day as the order is sent, the customer receives an e-mail with delivery information. In the email there is a link for tracking the package, note that the link starts working when the package has arrived at the post office for sorting. If the package has not arrived after the maximum handling time + 2 days, we recommend that you contact customer service so we can investigate the matter.
What do I do if I have received a faulty item or a dammaged item?
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us at email@example.com as soon as the defect is discovered. Complaints about defective goods must be notified to MyKiddo no later than 5 days after delivery. In the event of an approved complaint, the customer does not pay for the return shipping. You always need to contact us before returning an item for any reason.
I've made a return. When will I get my money back?
In the event of a complaint or returned purchase, you will receive your money back within 10 days from the day MyKiddo received your product.
Are the products reserved in the shopping cart?
To avoid disappointment, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the items you add to the shopping cart are not automatically reserved. So take the opportunity to end the payment process as soon as possible – otherwise the product may be sold out in the meantime if there is high demand.
